Ben is a cast member of the Netflix docuseries My Unorthodox Life, which shares the personal and professional life of Ben's mother-in-Law Julia Haart. She left the Ancestral Jewish community to make her own life. In the show, they dealt with the restriction that comes with his religion and modern society. 

Moreover, Ben has recognized as the ex-husband of Julia's eldest daughter Batsheva Haart. The couple lived a bissful married life for almost a decade. However, they annouced their separation after nine years of marriage in November 2021. 

Ben and Bat started dating in their teenage. As a result, they pursued their parents to let them marry. Later, they married when Bat was only 19, and her mother left orthodox life. After the wedding, Batsheva and her mom did not communicate with each other.

Afterward, Ben joined USA Supply Source as Director of Logistics in Mosey, NY, for two and half years, where he monitored stock inventory levels. After leaving Monsey and Orthodox life, he joined as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Real NY in May 2017.
